One of the greatest things that Franklin has to offer is Lake Carmi. Here you can enjoy the water by boat or swimming, rent or buy a seasonal camp or stay at the Lake Carmi Vermont State Park. Franklin’s quaint village is home to its award winning Elementary School, the General Store, and Historic Homes. Franklin is also bordered by Canada, mostly agricultural and is home to the annual Firefighters Pancake breakfast!
