Access is only from the north on a Class IV seasonal road where you can park at the end and walk 700' +/- through the state park to the property. No known access from the south. No motor vehicles are allowed on state land. Great base camp for mountain biking and fishing with the property in close proximity to the Cold River. Price of the property reflects the seasonal and limited access. Do not use GPS; seek directions as you will not find it otherwise. Many of the roads depicted on Google no longer exist.
